Once the order is completed and paid on our online store, the parcel will de shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 working days. We deliver everywhere in Canada.
Glass or mirrored furniture as well as certain oversized or fragile items may require a quote. Once the order has been placed, customer service will contact you to confirm the cost of the delivery and to complete payment.
AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an article which you ordered can be out of stock. We shall contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.
Once the order completed and paid on our online shop, the parcel will be sent in the following days. We ship everywhere in Canada.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to Canada Post.
IN STORE PICK-UP
You also have the option of receiving your item at our shop. This service is offered free of charge. The usual delivery times for your order to be ready for pick up are 24h after you placed your order, but may vary depending on the availability of the items ordered.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Whether you have purchased online or in store, you can return items at the shop or by postal service while respecting the following conditions.
In store purchases
Exchange or credit note of items within 10 days following the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Refunds are provided in consideration of the original method of payment. Sales items, jewelry, artworks and lingerie are a final sale.

Upon receipt of returned products, refunds will be issued to the credit card charged by Boutique Vestibule. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. The returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason of your return. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the bad address.

Boutique Vestibule will pay off the customers with the same used method of payment used during the original purchase. The returns are made from the reception of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or return will be made. In case the goods cannot be exchanged, we shall refund you.
We beware the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not answer our politics of return.
In the case of a delivery or shipment, the original delivery fees are not refundable.
ORIGINAL CONDITION REQUIRED
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered or purchased in store, as well as in their original packaging. If you are uncertain about the condition of the item you would like to return, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Valid proofs of purchase include invoices or point of sale receipts as well as duplicates of said receipts. A gift receipt is a proof of purchase with which you may obtain an exchange or a store credit but not a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service with any concerns or in regards to any special circumstances.
Boutique Vestibule will incur delivery fees in cases where the products you have ordered are delivered damaged, defective or with error. In all other cases, you are responsible for any fees related to the shipping, handling and packaging necessary to return an item.
RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD
Upon the return of an item purchased using a gift card, a store credit will be issued. This store credit can be applied to your next purchase in store.
CONDITIONS OF STORE CREDITS AND GIFT CARDS
Store credits and gift cards are valid at our store. Store credits and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for life. Store credits are valid for two years.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting customer service. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Please refer to the «Returns» section on this page for details on how to proceed for a return.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be refunded or exchanged up until January 8th. Products must comply to all other conditions of return. As of December 26th, the usual return policy is in effect. Items purchased on sale, jewelry and lingerie are final sales.
No return or exchange will be accepted in store on December 26th or 27th.
